Small fire reported at Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium
Officials said a small fire erupted in a fish tank under renovation at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium Thursday night. Firefighters said they were called to the zoo just after 9 p.m. Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE reported that the tank was empty at the time. The zoo is open Friday, but the PPG aquarium will be closed while crews clean the facility and remove the tank.
