Fun in Barbados for the Whole Family

Gun Hill is a famous spot in Barbados, meant to symbolize the time when the island was ruled by the British. Once you decided that you have met your educational quota of your vacation, you might want to move on to some fun outdoor activities. You can have a thrilling experience swimming with the local sea turtles, scuba diving and touring some of the many nearby wreckage sites of ships that have sunk, take the whole family sailing, or even go kite surfing. For fun family entertainment, get out and enjoy some of the culture of the people who call the island home. Take part in traditional dances, and the many cultural celebrations frequently held here. Or, have fun with food and enjoy a dinner theatre, where you can try some exotic native dishes, and enjoy a show all at the same time!
