If someone does not know how to read and understand a map, they should be partnered with someone that does at all times to ensure their safety.

There are many different types of things that can happen on a camping trip, and it is very important that you make sure that you are properly prepared for these types of emergencies. Make sure that you have bandages and medicines like peroxide and alcohol that will properly clean wounds and burns. You should also make sure that you have a handy assortment of pain relievers and fever reducers. You may want to consider bringing along latex gloves, masks, and other items that may be beneficial on a camping trip.
