Teen cooks up big fundraiser for dogs, cats in need

A 13-year-old girl has turned her passion for animals into a money maker. Kyra Hoerr is the brains behind a bake sale. Cookies and cakes for cats and dogs

A CAKE and cookie sale is being held at Bromsgrove’s Townsend Veterinary Practice, Birmingham Road, to raise funds for the town’s Blue Cross centre. There will be a variety of cakes and cookies on sale at the event, which runs from 10am to 4pm tomorrow (Friday).
