Some people actually have plastic surgery done to change their appearance. Some people do not have the motivation or the energy to commit to an exercise plan. This leaves many people feeling hopeless, and that things will never change. However, there is hope; while you may not be able to make radical changes to your body you may be able to modify your appearance through fashion.
